Meditation


Meditation helps me to explore deeper questions of existence. “Who am I?”, ‘Where have I come from?’ and ‘Where am I going?’. These questions relate to personal origins and life goals or the meaning of life. Through meditation, it is possible to clear the mind and expand perception so that a deeper level of the self becomes accessible. This can lead to insights into one's own path and values and enable a holistic view of one's own life.

In meditation, you may also be able to access your own inner creative power - a source of inspiration and conscious life design. The process gives rise to the confidence and insight that answers to life's existential questions lie within oneself and can be accessed through inner experience. Meditation thus becomes a tool for self-discovery and promotes the connection to a deeper, creative level of existence that provides orientation, clarity and inner strength.
