Delivery countries

You can easily place orders to Germany via our online shop jrr-coaching.

Neutral shipping: Shipping is of course discreet and neutral. The package receives a neutral sender.

Shipping time

We ship Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). If no other delivery time is specified for the item, you will receive your order in Germany within 3-5 working days. The delivery time to other European countries is approx. 5-7 days. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email.

Deliveries by forwarding agent are always notified by telephone, i.e. DHL will contact you after receiving the goods and agree a delivery date with you.


Regulations on transport damage

Please check the goods for possible damage (external and internal) when your order is delivered.

If you discover any damage, leave the goods in their current condition and do not use them. Please report the damage to us immediately. Also take photos of the damage and the packaging (even if it has not been damaged), the documentation is required for a proper complaint processing.

Please differentiate, there are two types of damage:

  1. Obvious damage (packaging is damaged): This must be noted directly on the delivery documents upon delivery and signed by the responsible freight forwarder. The date, time and, if possible, the license plate of the truck should be noted on them. Claims for transport damage are excluded without these records!

  1. Hidden damage (damage not visible from the outside): The packaging is flawless but the contents are damaged. Please report such damage immediately in writing (info@jrr-coaching.com) to our service department (at the latest within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods). The email should contain photos of the defective goods and your order number. We will then take care of the return and replacement as quickly as possible.
