Music is more than the sum of the notes played. It thrives on dynamics, interaction and a shared flow. In music coaching, I support music groups in going beyond just making music and developing a deep understanding of musical communication and expression. Whether it's a band, ensemble or choir – every group has its own dynamic. We work on consciously perceiving roles within the music, refining the interaction and shaping the emotional impact of the music in a targeted manner. Elements from music education, group process support and improvisational methods are incorporated. The aim is to act as a unit, to implement musical ideas more clearly and to deepen your own expression.
